At a Glance

  • Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required to book
  • Final Payment: Due on party day (preferred before the party starts)
  • Travel Fees: Apply for locations beyond 50 miles Roundtrip
  • Supervision: Parent/guardian must be present to supervise children
  • Cancellation: No refunds on deposit; rescheduling allowed if 3+ weeks in advance
  • Nail Polish– For the party to flow well all nail polish needs to be removed prior to the event. There is a $5 dollar fee required to remove nail polish per girl.
  • Gratuity: Appreciated but not required

Payment & Deposits

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. We do not reserve dates without a deposit.
  • Final payment is due on the day of the party. We prefer payment before the party starts for a smoother transition into cake time, but can accept it afterward if needed.

Additional Fees

  • Parties over 8 guests: Extra per-guest fee applies (varies by package)
  • Parties with 10+ guests: Additional $50 fee

Travel Fees (Round Trip from Edison, NJ – 08837)

  • 0-50 miles – No charge
  • 51-70 miles – $50
  • 71-90 miles – $75
  • 91+ miles – Custom quote

Note: We reserve the right to assess if a location is too far or difficult to access.

Optional craft activities are available to enhance your party experience.


Supervision & Safety

  • A parent or guardian must be present to supervise children during the party.
  • Mini Manis/Pedis: We do not file, clip, or trim nails or skin. Polish removal is available for $3 per guest.
  • Robes: Spa robes are provided for party use and are laundered between parties with bleach-safe detergent. Guests may bring their own robes or purchase satin robes from us.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge if requested more than 3 weeks before the party date. Less than 3 weeks notice: Deposit is forfeited, and a new $50 deposit is required to rebook.
  • Weather/Illness Emergencies: We offer rescheduling options but cannot guarantee a specific date or time.

Final Headcount

  • Please confirm your final guest count 2 days before the party.
  • You are responsible for payment for any additional guests beyond the confirmed headcount.

Party Day Details

Setup & Timing

  • We arrive 20-30 minutes before the party start time. Prompt guest arrival is appreciated for a smooth experience.

What We Provide

  • All spa supplies and activities included in your package
  • Spa-themed tablecloths (or you’re welcome to provide your own)

What You Provide

  • Tables & Chairs: Please provide a table and chairs for our little guests (your dining or living room furniture works great!)
  • Sink Access: Hot and cold running water is needed for spa bowl refills
  • Parking: A nearby, unblocked parking spot for easy setup and load-in
  • Decorations: Sparklesweet Kids Spa does not provide decorations. You are responsible for setup and removal of any party decorations.
