Welcome to Sparklesweet Kids Spa! By booking our services or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment
   Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking.
   Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
   Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and debit or credit cards. A 3 percent fee applies to card payments. Checks are not accepted.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable.
   Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event without penalty if done more than three weeks in advance. Rescheduling within three weeks of the event will forfeit the original deposit, and a new $50 deposit will be required to secure the new date.
   Weather or Illness: In cases of inclement weather or illness, we offer rescheduling options but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
3. Guest Count and Additional Fees
   Final Headcount: Please confirm your final guest count at least two days before the event. Your price is locked at that number. Guests who cannot make it on party day are not deducted from the bill, and extra guests who attend are charged at the per girl rate for your package.
   Group Hosting Fee: For parties of 11 to 19 girls, a $50 group hosting fee applies. Parties of 20 or more girls are quoted individually.
   Travel Fees: Travel is based on the one way distance from Edison, NJ 08837 to your location. There is no travel fee within 25 miles. A $50 travel fee applies from 26 to 35 miles, and a $75 travel fee applies from 36 to 45 miles. Locations beyond 45 miles are quoted individually.
4. Services and Limitations
   Service Scope: Our services are for entertainment purposes only. Sparkle Sweet Kids Spa is an entertainment only company; our parties are pampering play for fun, not licensed cosmetology or salon services.
   Health and Safety: We do not file, clip, or trim nails or skin. Polish removal is available for $3 per guest.
   Supervision: A parent or guardian must supervise children during the event.
5. Liability
   Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the event. Sparklesweet Kids Spa is not responsible for allergic reactions, accidents, or other incidents during or after the event.
   Damages: We are not responsible for any damages to property or injuries that occur during the event.
6. Media Release
   Photography: We may take photographs during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the event.

SparkleWorld Digital Experience Terms

1. Product Overview
   Description: SparkleWorld is a one time purchase digital experience designed for girls aged 4 to 12. It includes interactive activities, a Dream Party Builder, creative journals, games, quizzes, and confidence building fun, all played right in a web browser. No app installation is required.
   Price: $9.99 one time. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
2. Payment
   Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through our website checkout. Debit and credit cards are accepted.
3. Access to Content
   Delivery: Upon successful payment, your order confirmation page provides a button to enter SparkleWorld. Please keep your order confirmation email for your records.
   Format: All content is provided in digital format; no physical items will be shipped.
4. Refund Policy
   No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once SparkleWorld has been accessed.
   Exceptions: If you experience issues accessing SparkleWorld, please contact us and we will help you get in.
5. Intellectual Property
   Usage Rights: All content provided is for personal, non-commercial use only, within your immediate household.
   Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share SparkleWorld content or access outside of your immediate household.
6. Modifications to Terms
   Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
