Welcome to Sparklesweet Kids Spa! By booking our services or subscribing to our membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than three weeks before the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event without penalty if done more than three weeks in advance. Rescheduling within three weeks will require a new deposit.
  • Weather or Illness: In cases of inclement weather or illness, we offer rescheduling options but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.

3. Guest Count and Additional Fees

  • Final Headcount: Please confirm your final guest count at least two days before the event.
  • Additional Guests: Parties exceeding the agreed-upon number of guests may incur additional fees.
  • Travel Fees: Travel fees apply for locations beyond a 50-mile round trip from Edison, NJ – 08837.

4. Services and Limitations

  • Service Scope: Our services are for entertainment purposes only and do not include licensed cosmetology treatments.
  • Health and Safety: We do not file, clip, or trim nails/skin. Polish removal is available for $3 per guest.
  • Supervision: A parent or guardian must supervise children during the event.

5. Liability

  • Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the event.
  • Damages: We are not responsible for any damages to property or injuries that occur during the event.

6. Media Release

  • Photography: We may take photographs during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform us in writing before the event.

Sparkle Elite Club Membership Terms

1. Membership Overview

  • Description: The Sparkle Elite Spa Club is a monthly digital subscription designed for girls aged 4–12 and their caregivers, including moms, aunties, and grandmas.
  • Monthly Content Includes:
    • Themed spa day plan
    • DIY self-care craft and spa recipe
    • Money and mindset activity (tailored for ages 4–9 and 10–12)
    • Printable journal page, drawing, or game
    • Bonding conversation prompt
    • Seasonal surprise (e.g., holiday coupons)

2. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription Fee: $16.99 per month.
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly, with automatic renewal each month.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via our checkout system. No PayPal account is required; debit or credit cards are accepted.

3. Access to Content

  • Delivery: Upon successful payment, members will receive an email with instant access to the monthly digital content.
  • Format: All materials are provided in digital format; no physical items will be shipped.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Flexibility: Members may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
