There was constant communication until the day of the party. I ended up having emergency surgery a couple of days before the party and was very nervous having 14 girls at my home but Loyce and her girls made it so easy. They came in put a beautiful set up and had the girls so organized! I could not have asked for a better booking. I was able to relax on the couch while Loyce and her girls took over. When we came home raving about it, my youngest daughter wanted her upcoming birthday to be spa themed too. From start to finish, it was a five-star experience. Booking and planning was seamless. Loyce was quick to respond to emails, asked questions to get to know our wants and needs, kept an open line of communication, and sent timely reminders. On the day of the party, Sparklesweet brought in all the supplies needed and decorated the table beautifully and child-friendly, creating a magical atmosphere that the kids adored. The highlights were the fizzling bath bombs during the manicure soaks and the exfoliating hand polishes. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure every child felt like a pampered superstar. They were able to accommodate all 15 girls together. One half receiving manicures while the other half got pedicures. Coloring pages and crafts were provided by Sparklesweet for those waiting on their pedicures. I also appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a safe and clean environment. Overall, my daughter's spa birthday party was an absolute dream come true. The kids (and parents) left with huge smiles. I can't thank the staff enough for creating such a memorable and magical day. Loyce was so gracious. She responded to me right away and spent hours that afternoon to get a team together to help me. She was truly empathetic to my situation and wanted to save my 6 year old’s day. That kindness came through in spades the day of the party. She and her team were extremely organized and patient handling the care of 24 girls with no assistance needed. Soft mannered, calm and sweet. The girls LOVED their spa nails and makeup. They loved wearing the pink satin robes and spa head bands. The party ended up far exceeding anything the Glam Truck would have done and I am so grateful to her and her team.
