Party Policies
The quick version of everything you need to know before booking.
Payment and Deposits
- A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your date. Dates are not held without one.
- The remaining balance is due on party day. Paying before the party starts keeps cake time smooth.
Travel
- Travel is based on the one way distance from 08837 to your home.

- We may decline a location that is too far or difficult to access.
Party Day
- Party durations cover spa activities only.
- We arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to set up. Please have guests arrive on time.
- Please provide a table and seating, and hot and cold sink access.
- We bring everything for the spa table, including tablecloths, mirrors, bowls, a centerpiece, and candles. We do not decorate the party room.
- Your living room or dining room furniture works beautifully, or a folding table and chairs.
- Please make sure there is parking for our team at the house, or on the street close by.
- Please keep pets out of the party area before we arrive.
- Your final headcount is due 2 days before your party, and that number locks your price.
- You can adjust your count up or down until that day at no penalty.
- Guests who do not show on party day are not taken off your locked number.
- Girls who come beyond your locked number are welcome, and are charged at your package per girl rate.
- For parties with 11 to 19 girls, a $50 group hosting fee applies.
Supervision and Safety
- A parent or guardian must supervise children during the party.
- We do not file, clip, or trim nails or skin. Polish removal is $3 per guest.
- Sparkle Sweet Kids Spa is an entertainment only company. Our parties are pampering play for fun, not salon services.
- Robes are laundered between parties. Guests may bring their own or purchase satin robes from us.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling more than 3 weeks out is free. Less than 3 weeks out, the deposit is forfeited and a new $50 deposit is due to rebook. If a reschedule is needed because of weather or an emergency, on either side, your deposit transfers to the new date and no new deposit is due.
- For weather or illness emergencies we offer a reschedule, but we cannot guarantee a specific date or time.
- Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
